Jim's expert knowledge and lender relationships made an extremely quick turnaround from the beginning to the close of escrow (basically 30 days). Other lenders need 45-60 days. Jim and his team secured a low-interest rate and were always available to answer our questions and concerns during the process. They assisted us every step of the way.
